Securing Your Wedding Date with Us

A small booking fee of $1 secures your wedding date on our calendar. This fee is non-refundable, signifying our commitment to dedicating our services to your special day.

Payment Schedule

To confirm your booking and proceed with our services, a follow-up payment of $399 will be due two weeks (14 days) after the initial $1 fee. This payment becomes non-refundable after this period. However, you are not obligated for any further payments if you choose to cancel at this stage.

The final payment of the remaining balance completes the full package price, and the amount is due two weeks (14 days) after $399 payment. Once received, your booking is fully secured. 

It is your sole responsibility to track deadlines as outlined in this agreement. Failure to make the payments within the two-week window will result in the cancellation of your shoot date, and no further rescheduling will be possible using this offer.

Cancellation Flexibility

We understand that plans can change. You have the right to cancel your booking at any time. However, please note that any payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable.

• The $1 booking fee allows you to hold your date while considering other options. If you choose another photographer after making the $1 booking fee, you forfeit only the $1.
• If you cancel after the initial $399 payment, that amount will also be non-refundable, and the shoot will be cancelled.

Important Reminders

• Following the $1 booking fee, a payment of $399 is due within two weeks (14 days).
• The final payment of whatever the balance happens to be based on what package you choise is due two weeks (14 days) after the $399 payment.
• Late payments will result in the cancellation of your shoot date without the possibility of rescheduling under this offer.

By submitting any payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and the full terms of service outlined in our separate agreement.

Please note that all payments for your wedding photography package, including the $1 booking fee, must be made to the same bank account provided for the initial booking. 

This offer is only valid for weddings booked at least 6 weeks in advance, as all payments must be completed at least 2 weeks before the shoot date under this agreement.
